Problems again!

My blog experience is not going all too well. It keeps being overwritten.
Has my blog gone timeshare?

Are things going back to normal?

For now my blog keeps functioning as expected (has not been overwritten for a few minutes). I am going to submit a question to Blogger support and see what is going on, or how it is possible.

If anyone had similar experience with “broken” logs, please advise me how to fix this.

Somebody keeps deleting my new blog!

Every time I publish my template changes, somebody keeps overwriting with what I think is Portuguese language template. Help Blogger!
